SCHOOL CLOSURE - Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)
Upon the guidance of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction; Governor Newsom's directive; and the recommendation from the Glenn County Health Department, Willows Unified School District schools will be closed for the remainder of the school year due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
 
Because this is an ever-changing situation, we are monitoring it closely and will make modifications as appropriate. 
 
As a reminder to help stop the spread of this disease:
  • Stay home.
  • Follow social distancing guidelines.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol, if soap and water are not available.
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.

Meals During the School Closure

 
FREE Breakfast and Lunch Available to all children 18 and younger!
 
Grab-n-Go Lunch and Breakfast will be available for pick up throughout the school closure period to include Spring Break at Willows High School from 11 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
 
Per California Department of Education and USDA requirements, children must be present to receive meals.
 
Meals may also be picked up from our District vans at specific locations, Monday through Friday.
